He coaches operational leaders and teams to help them understand the root causes of the blockers they face and then helps them to apply the values, principles, and practices of Business Agility to solve them and become a high performing organization. Dr. Owen’s specialty is combining the best of Agile, Lean, Six-Sigma and Design Thinking in what is now being called Business Agility, to drive individual and organizational performance improvements.

From an industry and sector perspective, Owen has deep experience in back-office business operations, supply chain, logistics, retail, and HR. He has coached leaders for many years and brings an empathy and understanding that helps leaders reach their full potential and deliver outstanding results by empowering their teams to reach greater heights.

Owen has lectured at many Universities in Europe and is also an inspirational trainer. He has done workshops and interventions in Europe, USA, Middle East and Asia on Leadership, Personal Development and Growth, at both individual and team levels. Owen is based in Bratislava, Slovakia but travels for work when needed. He is fluent in English, Few Indian Languages and can also speak Slovak, and Czech.
